Jewell Kennels is owned and operated by Rebecca Dudley with the help of her two children, Joella and Hudson, in south central Iowa. Our mission is to breed quality dogs that become lifelong family members!

All parents have tested negative for genetic health diseases prior to breeding. The puppies will have their dew claws removed, and will be up to date on vaccinations and worming. We also offer a two year health guarantee against genetic diseases.

We specialize in raising Goldendoodles and Bernedoodles. Many of our puppies go on to be therapy dogs, as well as service dogs. It is our passion to raise well rounded family companions. Our puppies are handled from day one, and are exposed to children, household sights and sounds, other pets, and daily training. You will not be disappointed with their willingness to learn and to please their humans. Deposits to hold your puppy are $200, and are non-refundable.

We send dogs all over the US, and have a trusted flight nanny that would accompany your puppy on a plane.

Why Goldendoodles?

I get asked that question frequently, here is how it all began:

I have owned dogs my entire life. My very first dog was a Golden Retriever, and now they have a very special place in my heart. I’ve spent many hours in the AKC show ring throughout the years. When I was a child, my aunt had a dog that was a mix of a poodle and a Golden, which we now know as the Goldendoodle. Back then, no one was breeding them purposefully. I was always intrigued with her intelligence, and her fun-loving personality. In 2016, I decided to begin breeding Goldendoodles, and have since added Bernedoodles. They are so similar in personalities, and the Bernedoodles add a bit more color variety. Thank you for considering one of our puppies, you will not regret it.
